WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note, this may take longer during new launches or promotional sales due to high order volume. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Insurance which allows you to easily track your order.
MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
Jordan Road is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend using Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly.
MY JEWELRY ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
If your items arrive damaged please email hello@jordanroadjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please email hello@jordanroadjewelry.com to initiate a return. We accept returns for store credit only of unworn merchandise returned within 10 days of delivery. Any returns past the 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as a shipping fee. A store credit will be issued upon return. All sale items are FINAL SALE. All custom orders are FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and returns. Items including packaging should be returned in original selling condition. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment.
